2. What data we collect

  • Email address — when you create an account
  • Profile information (name, bio, links) — voluntarily entered by you
  • Location data (city, country, postal code) — optionally entered by you for the artist directory. Only city and country are displayed publicly.
  • Genre preferences — optionally selected by you for the artist directory
  • Technical access data (IP address, browser, timestamps) — collected by our hosting provider Vercel

3. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies to manage your login session (Supabase Auth). These cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Third-party services

  • Supabase — database and authentication. Servers located in the EU (Ireland, EU West).
  • Vercel — hosting and edge network. Privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Analytics

For artists on a Pro subscription, we collect anonymous, aggregated page statistics. Only daily total counts are stored (e.g. number of page views per day). No personal data of visitors is collected — in particular no IP addresses, no device data, no fingerprinting and no cookies. Since no personal data is processed, no visitor consent is required. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — providing page statistics to artists).

7. Artist directory

If you enter a city, country, or postal code and have the “Show in artist directory” setting enabled, your city and country will be displayed publicly in the stagelist artist directory. Your postal code is only used internally for geographic sorting and is never shown publicly. You can remove your location data or opt out of the directory at any time in your dashboard settings. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at: contact@stagelist.pro

9. Data retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
