Is stagelist really free?+
Yes — the Free plan is free forever. You get a personal link page at yourname.stagelist.pro with unlimited links. No credit card required.
What is included in the Pro plan?+
Pro includes your own custom domain (e.g. yourname.com), a professional booking email at that domain, all themes, analytics, and no stagelist branding. The domain is registered and managed for you — no technical setup needed.
How does the custom domain work?+
We register and configure the domain for you as part of your Pro plan. You just pick a name — we handle everything (registration, DNS, SSL). It usually goes live within a few minutes.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. New subscriptions also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Do I need technical knowledge to use stagelist?+
No. stagelist is designed to be as simple as possible. Setting up your page takes a few minutes — no coding, no DNS configuration, nothing technical required.
Can I share my press kit or tech rider?+
Yes. File buttons let you upload a PDF or an image — EPK, tech rider, stage plot, press photos — and put it straight on your page, so promoters can download it themselves. Images can also be displayed directly on the page instead of behind a download button. File buttons are a paid feature: 2 on Starter, 4 on Pro.
What is included in the Starter plan?+
Starter gives you all themes and analytics for €3/month. You keep your stagelist subdomain (yourname.stagelist.pro). No domain or booking email — that's Pro.
Can I change my username later?+
No — your link name (e.g. yourname.stagelist.pro) is permanent and cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully.
Which email provider do you use?+
We use Migadu, an independent email provider based in Switzerland that runs on servers in the EU. We chose them specifically for their privacy-first approach and European infrastructure.
Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). Analytics are fully anonymous — no cookies, no IP addresses, only aggregated daily counts.
Can I put longer text on my page?+
Yes. A text button looks like a normal link button but folds out text on your page instead of opening a website — for a bio, rider details, or booking notes. Text buttons are available on every plan, including Free.
